This cake we made me and my chef on Saturday afternoon. It 'was the birthday cake for a friend eighteen of my sister. I would put more cubes on the surface, but the chef was categorical. I still would have been more beautiful.
The execution of the cake is really easy. This is a layer of sponge cake soaked maraschino liqueur, covered with whipped cream , decorated with small cubes of the same sponge cake and fresh violets ... that one of the guests really liked ... Did you eat all!
